Please note that custom-cut timber and special order doors may be subject to specific restocking fees or return restrictions.

Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and not part of our non-returnable custom-cut timber or special order inventory.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific drop-off instructions.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your hardware or timber products to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking your RMA number on the exterior of the package.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for structural integrity, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
